Available Positions

  • Psychiatric Provider

    This includes Physicians and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete biopsychosocial evaluations.

    • Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.

    • Provide direct psychiatric services to clients.

    • Document all client related interactions.

    • Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.

    • Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists and/or clinical teams.

    Requirements:

    • Able to prescribe and familiar with mental health.

    • Licensed in Nevada by the Board of Medical Examiners/Nursing and in good standing as an M.D., D.O., or APRN with a focus on mental health.

    • Licensed by the Nevada Board of Pharmacy and in good standing.

    • Malpractice Insurance.

    • TheraNest knowledge/experience is a plus.

  • Mental Health Therapist

    This is a Master’s Level position. Applicants must be an LCSW, MFT, CPC, or applicable Intern.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete psychosocial evaluations.

    • Provide direct therapeutic individual and/or group services to clients and families.

    • Document all client related interactions.

    • Treatment and discharge planning for each client.

    Requirements:

    • Certificate of Professional licensure as an LCSW, MFT, CPC, or applicable Intern in the State of Nevada.

    • Possess knowledge of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) in managing crisis situations with escalated clients.

    • TheraNest knowledge/experience is a plus.

  • Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA)

    This is an Associate-Bachelor’s Level position. Applicants must be a certified QMHA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize interventions designed to help clients obtain needed skills and achieve goals as specified in the treatment plan.

    • Participate in treatment planning for each client, complete progress notes and 90 day reviews in a timely fashion.

    • Documents all client related interactions.

    • Consult other departments, as appropriate.

    Requirements:

    • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field, or Associate’s Degree in Human Service field with addition mental/behavioral health education and/or experience.

    • Accepted Human Service degrees include the following fields of study: Behavioral Science, Child Development, Child and Family Studies/Services, Community Mental Health, Counseling, Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education, Family Development/Relations, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Speech and Language Therapy, and Therapeutic Recreation.

    • Possess knowledge of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) in managing crisis situations with escalated clients.

    • TheraNest knowledge/experience is a plus.
